Dr. Yoon will give a half-day tutorial on “Models and Algorithms for Analysis of Large-Scale Biological Networks” at the 39th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBC 2017). EMBC 2017 will be held at the  International Convention Center (ICC) in Jeju Island, Korea, from July 11 to July 15, 2017.

The tutorial will consist of two parts, and it will be jointly given with Dr. Xiaoning Qian (Texas A&M):

Part-1: Probabilistic Models and Algorithms for Comparative Analysis of Biological Networks (Speaker: Dr. Byung-Jun Yoon)

Part-2: Mathematical Models and Algorithms for Network Clustering and Module Prediction (Speaker: Dr. Xiaoning Qian)
