Post-Doc Opening

BioMLSP Lab currently has open post-doc positions. The lab is looking for talented and highly motivated researchers with a doctoral degree in electrical engineering, computer science, statistics, or a related field (e.g., applied mathematics, engineering, operations research, physics). Successful candidates are expected to have strong expertise and experience in one or more research areas below:

• Signal Processing, Information Theory
• Machine learning & AI (Artificial Intelligence)
• AI for Science
• Scientific Computing & HPC
• Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Model (LLM)
• Bayesian Methods
• Uncertainty Quantification (UQ), Optimal Experimental Design (OED)
• Bioinformatics, Computational Biology
• Structural Biology, Protein Structure Prediction, Protein Language Modeling
